About Embrace Your Madness

Created and curated by Jessica Ingle, a multimedia visual artist, mother, musician and model from Manchester, UK known online by Jingleheartart since 2010. A firm believer in expressionism through the arts and music. Jess has been raising mental health awareness for over 12 years, encouraging others to express themselves and battle their demons through creative pursuits. She is particularly passionate about suicide awareness and prevention, encouraging the importance of venturing inward to discover true self awareness through the means of self expression in all forms.

She believes art and music give us the power to truly let go of all self imposed and external restrictions and that the arts help us to form a deeper connection with ourselves as well as with others. Creativity is a central element of Jess's life and has been her main coping mechanism for as long as she can remember. She has found it has enabled her to build resilience in difficult times and that art is the key to freedom. It offers us a safe space to express our emotions, embrace who we are and live life to the fullest whatever it throws at us.

“Art is to console those who are broken by life.” - Vincent Van Gogh

Every creation on this site is listed with the seed in which it blossomed from. Every item description personalised by the artist. You will stumble across some questionable descriptions, tongue in cheek tangents and spiritual mind vomit. Humour heals and we like to take the piss around here. Can I stop speaking in third person now? It's as if everyone hires a man in a suit to write their about me..

"You're only given one little spark of madness, you mustn't lose it" - Robin Williams
